The restaurant of the Hacienda San Francisco offers a home-style menu with a “hacienda” flavor, creatively combining Ecuadorian and international cuisine—and accompanied by delicious hot tortillas made in a tiesto (clay pan), traditional to the house. Beside the pool, or in our dining room with a stoked chimney, or wherever you feel most comfortable, but always with high-quality products that come from our own ecological garden. This allows us to offer our clients special meals elaborated with primary ingredients our gardener cultivates with great care and dedication. We are always concerned about the continuous training of our personnel and applying the strictest norms in hygiene and preparation.
